Fishermans Horizon
Overview
Fishermans Horizon is a pacifist settlement built across the remains of the transcontinental railway. Its workshops, docks, solar panels, residences, and Mayor Dobe's house are spread over a broad circular structure above the ocean. The town initially repairs Balamb Garden, but the party becomes involved when Galbadian forces arrive and threaten the residents. FH also hosts the Garden concert, Master Fisherman events, shops, Triple Triad players, and several optional conversations that reinforce its anti-military philosophy. The open industrial design and sea views make it feel less like a conventional town and more like a community assembled from abandoned infrastructure.
