The Roaming Forest
Overview
The Roaming Forest is located near Trabia Garden and contains a wider distribution of chicobo signals than the early forests. Its puzzle requires isolating the correct bird rather than simply calling every available chicobo, making careless whistle use counterproductive. The forest is also strategically important because a chocobo taken from this region can cross shallow water toward the Grandidi Forest and Chocobo Sanctuary. Hidden treasure becomes available after the mother chocobo is summoned. The area has no combat and is primarily a puzzle and transportation location.
