Lower Junon
Overview
Lower Junon is a poor fishing village beneath Shinra's massive military city. The upper plate and cannon cast a permanent shadow over the settlement, and polluted waters have damaged the local fishing economy. The party helps Priscilla after an encounter with Bottomswell, then uses Mr. Dolphin to reach the city above. The village contains an inn, shops, houses, and several character scenes. It remains accessible later and changes subtly after major Junon events.
